Overview  

Kisqali (Ribociclib 600mg) tablet is used in the treatment of Breast cancer. It belongs to a group of cancer-fighting medications known as antineoplastics. Kisqali tablets work by blocking the action of the kinase protein which is important for the growth and division of cells. This tablet is used when the cancer cells have spread to other parts of the body. Take this medication as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Pharmacodynamics 

Ribociclib 600mg Tablet is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4 and 6. These kinases are activated upon binding to D-cyclins and play a crucial role in signaling pathways which lead to cell cycle progression and cellular proliferation.  

Usage 

Kisqali tablet is an anti-cancer medication that is used in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. This medicine helps to stop the growth of cancer cells. Take this medicine with or without food orally once a day. Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water. Do not take this medicine in the wrong way as it may lead to some severe side effects. It is advisable not to change your regular dosing schedule without taking suggestions from your doctor.
