Laronib 100 mg capsules are used to treat certain types of tumors in infants 4 weeks of age, children, adults, and older. Larotrectinib is also used when spread to other parts of the body or not treated successfully with surgery. This medicine is used only when the tumor gets in worse condition after other treatments or when no other treatment is available.
