This tablet is an inhibitor of poly Adenosine diphosphate-ribose polymerase enzymes, including PARP-1, PARP-2, and PARP-3, that play a vital role in DNA repair. Niraparib 100mg capsule works by inhibiting the action of specific enzyme that repairs damaged DNA in the cancer cells, resulting in their death.
