Shipping Coverage
Magicine Pharma ships pharmaceutical products and surgical instruments across India and to select international destinations. Our domestic shipping network covers all major cities, towns, and most rural areas across the country. For international shipping, we currently serve customers in the US, UK, Hungary, Vietnam, Philippines, Egypt, Korea, Singapore, and the Middle East.
If you are located in a region not listed above, please contact our customer support team to check if shipping to your location is possible. We are continuously expanding our shipping network to serve more customers globally.
Order Processing Time
All orders require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Once you place an order and upload your prescription, our team verifies the prescription for authenticity and correctness. This verification process typically takes 1-2 business days.
After prescription verification, we process your order for packaging. Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner.
Total processing time (Prescription verification + Packaging): 2-4 business days
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Standard domestic delivery uses tiered shipping based on your order value after coupons:

Shipping and COD fees are calculated on your merchandise total after coupon discounts. International shipping is quoted separately by our sales team.
For metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad), delivery times are typically at the lower end of the estimated range. Remote areas may take additional time for delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Standard international shipping typically takes 10-20 business days, while express international shipping takes 5-10 business days.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Note: Some countries may have restrictions on importing pharmaceutical products. It is your responsibility to check your local regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make up to three delivery attempts at the shipping address provided by you. If all three delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs if you request us to resend the package to a valid address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address during business hours. For prescription medications, an adult (18 years or older) may be required to sign for the package upon delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@magicinepharma.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped.
Packaging and Temperature Control
We understand that many pharmaceutical products require specific storage conditions. All orders are carefully packaged using high-quality, tamper-evident packaging materials. For temperature-sensitive medications, we use insulated packaging with ice packs or temperature-controlled containers to maintain the required temperature range during transit.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or shows signs of temperature exposure, please do not accept the delivery or open the package. Photograph the package and contact us immediately at support@magicinepharma.com.
All packages are discreetly labeled without any external indication of the contents to ensure your privacy and security.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we cannot ship certain products to all locations. The following restrictions apply:
- Controlled substances may have additional shipping restrictions
- Some countries prohibit the import of specific medications
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for prescription medications
- International orders may require customs clearance and are subject to local import laws
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally shipped to the provided address
If we are unable to ship to your location, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternative options or process a full refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and contents
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@magicinepharma.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage
For lost packages, please contact us if your tracking information shows as "delivered" but you have not received the package, or if there is no tracking update for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international).
We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and either send a replacement or issue a refund based on the investigation outcome.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During major holidays (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Eid, etc.) and peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience higher than normal volumes, which can result in delivery delays. We recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods, especially if you require medication by a specific date.
Our shipping partners do not operate on national holidays. Orders placed on or just before a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
