- Salt name and dosage of medicine should match doctor's prescription. - Seals of medicines pack must be untampered. - Details like batch no, M.R.P., expiry and name of the manufacturer must be printed on the packaging - Check the colour and shape of medicine and if it appears strange, it must have deteriorated and you should approach us.

If there is any doubt regarding quality/counterfeit medicines, please discontinue medicine immediately and contact us. We consider this issue very seriously. We will ask you to report the batch number of medicine, the manufacturer and the details with a photo of the medicines pack. After gathering information we shall take the help of the manufacturer/ supplier for verification and may also report to drug regulatory authority if necessary to ensure safety to public.

We would supply only the medicines which will be holding a valid manufacturing license and CDSCO approval when supplied to any Indian customer. In case of importing by personal import rule, we should have a regulatory document of the country where the medicines have been manufactured. We do not sell drugs that are not approved.
