Personal import of medicines by the patient are typically permissible if you provide supporting documents stating that the medicines are for individual personal use and if we are in receipt of authenticated prescription. Every country has different guidelines regarding medicine types and quantities that can be imported for personal use depending on how the drug is classified in your countries respective pharmaceutical regulation. We will guide you in this regard specific to your country. - Authentic as well as legal prescription issued by a licensed physician - Identity proof of patient - Country of destination & the address for delivery - Medicine in quantity limited to personal use as per guidelines for country of destination - Any additional documents as required by the country of destination (i.e. Customs declaration & import permit; we will advise).

Yes, we accept payments from International orders via international bank transfer (SWIFT), and through some international payment gateways. We also accept payments from various payment gateways based on a case-to-case verification. We will mention details of currency and method of payment when quoting.

The charges in respect of the duty, custom fee & any other locally enforced charges are to be paid by the receiver (importer) of your country. The duty/fee charged would be based on your countries customs department and the prices that are quoted by us do not include these duties/charges. We will provide you with the necessary documents that allow your shipment to pass the customs department.
