Yes. Let us know should you have more than one member of your family who will want to receive updates regarding your family members' order progress, reminders on refills and other notifications. The names of these secondary contacts can be added to the order profile for the specific patient.

Can the medicines be delivered to a hospital that the patient is admitted to?

Yes. However hospital rules in receiving items could still be applicable, it would be advisable to confirm with the hospital authorities prior. You would have to furnish us with the exact ward and unit numbers along with the patients hospital number. We could arrange with a person to be present at the hospital to receive the medicines at an appropriate time.

You will need to provide a copy of the patient's current & valid prescription, their full name and full address, and your own contact details for communication purposes. In some cases of regulated medicines, a patient's name must be written clearly on the prescription. The delivery address may be that of the patient, or yourself.

We will be happy to assist you here. We will share our website details, and our credentials, with the doctor who has the authority of treatment. If the doctor wish for further information concerning the origin of the medicines or clarification on how we can proceed with the documentation or authenticity of the medicines, we are happy to speak with the doctor ourselves (with your permission).
