What information should I provide while placing an order for specialty medicine?

You have to provide the following information: - Full name of the patient - Name of the medicine along with the strength and quantity required - Valid prescription of a registered practitioner - Delivery address and contact number - The specific brand or manufacturer preferred, if prescribed by the physician

Can an authorised person place the order on behalf of the patient?

Yes, caregivers, family members, or any authorised person can place orders on behalf of the patients if the prescription and identity proofs of the patient are readily available with them. The delivery receiver will have to identify the medicine for a safe correctly and valid delivery and for a few specialty medicines they will have to sign the delivery receipt.

Is there any minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value for most medicines, however, for imported or special therapies the medicine procured might be in a specific pack size as available from the manufacturers. We will inform you the pack size available.

Is the order cancellation possible?

Order cancellation will be processed only if the medicine has not yet been procured by us and shipped to you. For specialty medicines that will be procured by us especially for the customer's requirement (imported/not a readymade medicine), it might not be possible to cancel the order once the procurement is initiated as per the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
