In case the medication being asked is a particular or hard to find imported drug we will provide you with a quote depending on the present availability. The high costs of specialty medications (especially those that are imported or biologics or antiretrovirals or oncology treatments) are accounted for by the costs of research and development, and regulatory approvals required. Import duties and limited availability of distribution network in India also increase the cost. We will provide details on generic versions and biosimilar of authorized manufacturers as alternatives (your physician should be consulted regarding it).

Simply send us the Name, Dosage and Quantity of the medication to our email ID and we will promptly provide a quote which will include, price, tax applicable and delivery charges as well as lead time in case the medication is imported.

Why do you need to receive an advance payment?

We stock a specialized/imported medication for individual use upon receiving the order only and hence cannot be sent back to the manufacturer after the order is placed. This advance payment helps avoid losses in case the order is no longer accepted. The system helps us avoid mistakes, particularly in the case of first-time users.

Will I receive a tax invoice and payment confirmation receipt?

Yes. All orders will come with a tax invoice/receipt that has all the details concerning the product,batch no. Expiry date, GST and also pharmacy's details which are important to submit for medical insurance and medical reimbursement/ employer claims.
