Where do you deliver in India?

We deliver across all of India from the major cities, down to tier 2 & 3 towns and to more remote areas. Delivery times vary depending on the region and courier availability. For areas that aren't standard addresses, our team will assess if we can get the medicines there with our courier service before we accept your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Our services reach to various countries in Africa, South East Asia and selected few in the Middle East, U.K and U.S. If the medication is to be delivered abroad, only for personal use, within your destination country's import limitations our team will be there to support you with everything required right from necessary documents, to customs clearances. The delivery times will, naturally, depend on the destination and the pace of the country's customs processes.

How long does delivery take?

- In stock medicines (India): 2-5 days - Speciality/Sourced medicines (India): 5-10 days - Imported medicines (India): 15-21 days (inclusive of custom clearance time) - International: 10-30 days, depending on the country and customs clearance time.

How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your medicines, our team will send across a tracking number and the link of the courier via WhatsApp or SMS. You can directly see the status on the courier website. If it looks like your delivery has stopped moving or is taking unusually long, contact us and we will track it down for you.

Question 5

If your shipment gets stuck at customs, what do I do?

If customs take longer than usual time for customs clearance, be at ease as we will be with you at every step! We provide you with all your customs documents such as invoice, prescription, packing list and other necessary regulatory documents. Even then, if customs poses problems regarding the shipment of your product then do get in touch with us by sending the letter that you received from customs. We will contact the courier and will help in customs clearance.

Question 6

My medicines have been delivered but the order is not what I ordered/they are damaged. What do I do?

Do get in touch with our customer service immediately, do not open/use any medicine and share some pictures of the wrong/damaged product along with the packaging and the delivery invoice. We will try our best to verify and re-ship your correct medicines as quickly as possible, prioritizing critical/specialty care medicines.
