Cytarzer 500mg Injection is administered intravenously. Cytarzer Injection contains 500mg of Cytarabine that works as an antimetabolite chemotherapy.Cytarabine inhibits DNA polymerase, blocking DNA chain elongation, synthesis, and repair during the S-phase of the cell cycle. It also incorporates into DNA and RNA, disrupting replication and causing chain termination. As a result, cancer cells are not able to multiply and eventually reduce in number.
