• Fosaran 150mg Injection contains Fosaprepitant Dimeglumine salt that works by blocking the action of substance P, a natural substance in the brain that triggers the nausea and vommiting symptoms.
• Aprepitant blocks the NK1 receptors in the central nervous system thus, blocking the the emetic signals triggered by substance P.​​
