Imfinzi 120mg Injection works by blocking a protein called PD-L1, which is a monoclonal antibody. By inhibiting the PD-L1 protein, immune (T-cells) recognize and attack cancer cells because cancer cells use the PD-L1 protein to hide themselves from the immune system. Imfinzi 120mg Injection contains an active ingredient, Durvalumab, which is used to treat non-small lung cancer. This drug is also used in combination with cisplatin or carboplatin to treat small-cell lung cancer and in combination with gemcitabine to treat biliary tract cancer. This injection is not recommended for people under age 18.

It is advised not to miss any scheduled dosage of Imfinzi 120mg Injection. In case you miss a dose, consult your doctor immediately. Don't overdose to compensate for the missed one. Contact your doctor or any healthcare provider and seek medical attention immediately in such cases.

Use reliable contraceptive or birth control methods to prevent pregnancy for 8 weeks before and after taking Imfinzi 120mg Injection.

It is advised not to breastfeed while going through treatment.

Wear sunscreen and sun barriers before moving outdoors, as Imfinzi 120mg Injection can increase the chances of skin damage from sunburn.

If you experience any gastrointestinal symptoms after taking Imfinzi 120mg Injection, such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, or nausea, inform your doctor immediately. He may prescribe you antiemetic medicines to reduce these side effects.
