Oxaliplatin 100mg injection is used in the treatment of colorectal cancer. This infusion works by killing cancerous cells and slowing the growth of tumors. Description

​ Oxaliplatin selectively inhibits the synthesis of DNA. Oxaliplatin undergoes nonenzymatic conversion in physiologic solutions to active derivatives via displacement of the labile oxalate ligand.

The effect of this medicine can be observed in 2 hours after the intravenous infusion. ​
