Paclitero (Paclitaxel 100mg) is an anti-cancer medication which is used in the treatment of breast, pancreatic, and non-small cell lung cancer. This medication is given as an injection by your doctor or nurse. This injection works by stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Your doctor will decide your exact dosage. Take this medicine according to your doctor’s dosing schedule. Do not take this medicine in the wrong way as it may lead to some severe side effects. Close monitoring of blood cell count is required during treatment with this medicine.
Paclitero is a microtubule inhibitor that promotes the assembly of microtubules from tubulin dimers and stabilizes microtubules by preventing depolymerization. Paclitero induces the bundles of microtubules throughout the cell cycle and multiple asters of microtubules during mitosis. It takes 30 and 180 minutes infusion of paclitero at a dose level of 80 to 375mg.
