Description
Paclitero is a microtubule inhibitor that promotes the assembly of microtubules from tubulin dimers and stabilizes microtubules by preventing depolymerization. Paclitero induces the bundles of microtubules throughout the cell cycle and multiple asters of microtubules during mitosis.
It takes 30 and 180 minutes of infusion of paclitero at a dose level of 80 to 375mg.
