• Sigrima 420mg Injection is an anticancer medicine with active ingredient Pertuzumab which is a monoclonal antibody. It works by inhibiting the HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor protein) receptors that are responsible for the over-proliferation of cancer cells in breast cancer.
• Thereby it destroys the cancer cells by inhibiting HER2 and slows disease progression. Additionally, it inhibits various cancer-causing downstream signaling pathways.​​​
