Humalog Mix 25 100 Iu/ml 3 ML Cartridge is a fast-acting insulin. It is a combination of two drugs such as Insulin Lispro (25%) and Insulin Lispro Protamine (75%) as an active ingredient.
It is prescribed to improve blood sugar control in people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps to minimize the blood sugar levels after meals and also decrease the chances of developing serious complications of diabetes.
It is commonly prescribed along with a long-acting type of insulin or other diabetes medicines.
