Description
Bracaloc 150mg tablet is a targeted based medication. The medicine is used in the treatment of breast cancer and ovarian cancer as wellIts active ingredient is Olaparib which belongs to the class group of PARP ( Poly ADP- Ribose polymerase inhibitor).
This works by blocking PARP enzyme which is the major cause of growth of cancer cell in the body, preventing them from repairing damaged DNA that leads to cancer cell death and help slow down the disease progression with specific genetic mutation. By specifically acting on cancer cell mechanism, the medicine supports better clinical outcomes and a more precise cancer therapy.
This medicine is not recommended to children under the age of 18.

Dosage And Duration
- Bracaloc 150mg tablet should be taken with or without food.
- It should be taken under orally with a whole glass of water.
- Do not crush or chew the tablet as it may affect the medicine is absorbed in the body.
- Consistency is key.
- Try to take it regularly at the same time everyday to increase the effectiveness of the medicine.
- Taking the injection in the wrong way may increase the side effects which interrupt the treatment.

Breast and ovarian cancer develops because of genetic mutation which is caused by the gene mutation. Bracaloc 150mg tablet specifically inhibiting the PARP enzyme in cancer cells, which is the major cause of cancer growth in the body.
