Bucelon 2mg Tablet belongs to the category of anticancer medicines. This medicine is primarily used to treat multiple cancers. The growth of cancer cells is uncontrollable and abnormal in the human body. It is difficult to diagnose cancer in the early stages. When diagnosed in advanced stages, only the symptoms of the disease can be reduced. Bucelon Tablet is usually given in combination with another anticancer medicine as a part of combination therapy to increase the efficacy of the treatment during hematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation (HPCT).

Bucelon 2mg Tablet is a prescription-based anticancer medicine used in the treatment of Malignant melanoma, Blood cancer (Chronic myeloid leukaemia), Hodgkin’s disease, Multiple myeloma, Brain tumor, Breast cancer, Non-small cell lung cancer, Ovarian cancer, and Lung cancer. The active ingredient of the Bucelon is Busulfan which belongs to the drug class of Alkylating Agents. It is taken orally with or without food as per doctor's advice. Bucelon Tablet works by killing the cancer cells thereby reducing the size of the tumor. In this way, it prevents cancer cells from spreading to other parts of the body. The required dosage and duration of the medicine is decided by the doctor. This depends on the disease being treated and the stage of the disease.
