Description
Capecitabine is a fluoropyrimidine carbamate derivative that is designed as an orally administered, tumor-activated, and tumor-selective cytotoxic agent. Capecitabine is a non-cytotoxic in vitro.
Capetero reached peak blood levels in 1.5 hours with peak 5-FU levels occurring slightly later, at 2 hours.
