Dasamed 50mg Tablet contains Dasatinib salt that primarily inhibits abnormal BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase activity that is responsible for cancer cell growth and proliferation. It binds to the mutated BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase that inhibits further signaling of cancer progression. It also blocks other such families such as SRC family kinases that is responsible for cancer progression. Blockage of BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase and SRC family kinases leads to reduction in cancer progression.
