Ecosprin 325mg Tablet contains 325mg of Aspirin that is an antiplatelet active ingredient. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) enzyme in platelets through acetylation, blocking thromboxane A2 (TXA2) production to prevent platelet aggregation and reduce blood clot formation.
