The usual dose of Eltoplate 25mg Tablet is one tablet daily. It should be taken on an empty stomach, at the same time each day for consistent blood levels. Consult your doctor for individual dosage as it may vary person to person based on its stage and overall health.Tablet is taken orally with the help of water. Avoid breaking, chewing, biting and crushing of tablet to maintain the medication efficacy.

Eltoplate 25mg Tablet contains Eltrombopag Olamine, Eltrombopag binds to and activates the transmembrane domain of the TPO receptor (c-Mpl) on megakaryocyte progenitors in the bone marrow, triggering signaling pathways. This promotes the proliferation and differentiation of megakaryocytes, leading to increased platelet formation and reduced bleeding risk in conditions like chronic ITP, hepatitis C-related thrombocytopenia, or severe aplastic anemia.
