Eltromag 50mg Tablet belongs to the anticoagulant drug category. These medicines primarily treat patients diagnosed with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or hepatitis C (HCV) infection. This tablet is also used in adults to treat low blood counts caused by severe aplastic anemia.

Eltromag Tablet works by stimulating the formation of new platelets in the blood. Hepatitis is a liver inflammation caused by viral infection and non-infectious agents. When diagnosed in advanced stages, only the symptoms of the disease can be reduced. Eltromag Tablet is not recommended for patients under age 18.

How It Works

Eltromag 50mg Tablet helps to prevent or reduce bleeding by stimulating the formation of new platelets in the blood.

It is a thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor agonist, which binds and activates the TPO receptor on megakaryocytes and, as a result, increases platelet production in the blood.
