Overview  

Femara (Letrozole) tablet is used to treat postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer. This medicine belongs to a class of drugs known as aromatase inhibitors. Femara tablets help to decrease the estrogen levels in the body and stop the growth of breast cancer cells. Pharmacodynamics 

Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor used in the treatment of breast cancer.
