  • Femmeola 150mg Tablet (olaparib) prevents cancer cells by repairing single-strand DNA breaks by inhibiting PARP enzymes, mainly PARP1 and PARP2.
  • PARP suppression locks the enzyme on DNA in cancers with BRCA1/2 or other homologous recombination repair (HRR) abnormalities, triggering replication fork collapse into double-strand breaks that overburdened cells are unable to repair, resulting in synthetic lethality and apoptosis.​​
