Glucoryl M Forte 4 mg Tablet may cause some side effects that vary from one patient to another. Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine.
Common side effects include:

• Headache
• Hypoglycemia (low blood glucose level)
• Nausea
• Diarrhea

Seek medical attention in case of any unusual or severe side effects immediately.

• Take Glucoryl M Forte 4 mg Tablet in dosage as prescribed by the doctor. Dosage and the duration determined as per the patients health condition.
• This tablet should be swallowed as a whole with water. Don't crush, chew, or break the tablet. It should be taken with food. Never skip a dose or double dose.​
  

• Glucoryl M Forte 4 mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine. It is a combination of Glimepiride (4mg) and Metformin (1000mg). As a sulfonylurea, glimepiride minimizes blood sugar by stimulating the pancreas to secrete more insulin.
• Metformin is a biguanide that increases the body's tolerance to insulin, reduces the liver's synthesis of glucose, and slows down the intestines' absorption of glucose.
