Sofosbuvir is used in combination therapy with Ledipasvir antiviral medicine to treat chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infected patients with HCV genotypes 1-6 and to treat HCV.
After the oral administration, the effect of this medicine can be observed in 2 to 4 hours.
