Description

Nykron 300/0.5mg tablet is the prescription based antiemetic combination medication that used in the treatment of vomiting, nausea and other side effects which is caused due to chemotherapy. The medicine contains two active ingredient is Netupitant and Palonosetron.

They belong to the drug class of NK1 receptor antagonists and 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, respectively, and work together to prevent chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Doctor's prescription is necessary while taking the medication for correct dose and duration of the tablet.

How It Works

Nykron 300/0.5mg tablet is antiemetic combination medication that contain two active ingredient Netupitant that blocks neurokinin‑1 (NK1) receptors, which helps to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting. While Palonosetron blocks 5‑HT3 (serotonin) receptors that reduce acute nausea and vomiting during and soon after chemotherapy.

They both work together and provide long lasting protection from such types of side effects.
