• Nykron 300/0.5mg tablet should be taken one hour before start of chemotherapy.
• The medicine is taken with or without food at the same time everyday to improve the absorption level in the body.
• Hence, the correct dose and duration of the medicine is only administered by the healthcare provider to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.

Nykron 300/0.5mg tablet is antiemetic combination medication that contain two active ingredient Netupitant that blocks neurokinin‑1 (NK1) receptors, which helps to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting.

While Palonosetron blocks 5‑HT3 (serotonin) receptors that reduce acute nausea and vomiting during and soon after chemotherapy. They both work together and provide long lasting protection from such types of side effects.
