Regonat 40mg Tablet

The human body shows undesired symptoms after taking Regonat 40mg Tablet. It is advised to consult your doctor if these symptoms become unmanageable. Some of the side effects of Regonat Tablet are mentioned below:

• ​Allergic reactions
  
• Severe liver problems
  
• Bleeding or abnormal clotting
• Gastrointestinal perforation
  
• Infections
  
• Severe chest pain & Heart attack
  
• Severely high blood pressure
  
• Pancreatitis
• Skin cancers, severe skin eruptions, rashes, detachment (including Stevens-Johnson syndrome)
  
• Confusion, seizures, headaches, vision loss (with or without high blood pressure)
  
• Enlargement or tear of a blood vessel
• Reduced white blood cells
• Hypothyroidism
• Electrolyte imbalances (low phosphate, potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium)
• Elevated uric acid
• Dehydration
• Headache, tremors
• Peripheral neuropathy (numbness, tingling, weakness, pain)
• Changes in taste, dry mouth
• Heartburn, nausea, diarrhea
• Gastroenteritis (stomach inflammation/infection)
• Hair loss (alopecia), dry skin, mild rashes
• Muscle spasms
• Protein in urine
• Pain, fever
• High blood pressure
• Decreased appetite, weight loss
• Mucosal inflammation
• Bilirubin in urine
  

• Hepatotoxicity can be reported, so liver function tests should be monitored regularly.
• Hemorrhagic events may occur; therefore, patients should be closely monitored for any signs of bleeding. Inform your doctor in such cases.
  
• Hand-Foot Skin Reaction (HFSR) is a common side effect of this tablet.
• Blood pressure should be checked regularly.
• The medicine impairs wound healing; it should be discontinued before any planned surgery. Therefore, inform your doctor accordingly.
  
• It is advised to use effective birth control ways and avoid pregnancy during the treatment with Regonat 40mg Tablet.
• A person should avoid smoking while undergoing treatment with Regonat 40mg Tablet. Smoking may reduce the effectiveness of medicine.
• Monitor your blood sugar & pressure, kidney & liver function (KFT & LFT), and heart function at proper intervals after taking Regonat 40mg Tablet.
• Skin becomes extremely sensitive after taking Regonat 40mg Tablet. It is advised to cover your skin exposed to direct sun rays and use high SPF sunscreen before going out.
• It is advised to avoid taking analgesics/antacids (medicines used to neutralize the stomach acid) while taking Regonat 40mg Tablet, as it may reduce the effectiveness of the medicine.
• Keep your body hydrated, as diarrhea is one of the common side effects experienced after taking Regonat 40mg Tablet. Consult your doctor if it doesn't stop or if blood appears in your stools.
• If you experience any kind of symptoms after taking Regonat 40mg Tablet like unexplained bruising or bleeding, sore throat, mouth ulcers, high temperature (fever), or other signs of infection, it is important to inform your doctor as soon as possible.
