Description
Renfor 360mg tablet is a prescription immunosuppressants medication. It is used with other combination of medication to prevent from rejecting an organ such as the kidney, liver and heart after a transplant.
It works by suppressing the body's immune system. It contains an active ingredient of Mycophenolate Sodium which belongs to the drug class of antimetabolite immunosuppressants (specifically, inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase [IMPDH] inhibitors).

How It Works
Renfor 360mg tablet contains Mycophenolate Sodium is converted into mycophenolic acid (MPA). It inhibits the enzyme inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH).
By blocking this pathway, the drug prevents T and B cells proliferation, reducing antibody production and immune response. In this way, it suppresses the immune system and prevents the rejection of transplanted organs.
