Resof 400mg Tablet is an antiviral medicine which is categorized as a direct-acting antiviral agent (DAA). It is used with other medications in the treatment of chronic (long-lasting) Hepatitis C Virus in adults. It contains Sofosbuvir as its active ingredient and helps in lowering the amount of the hepatitis C virus in the body. This tablet gradually clears the infection from the blood when taken as part of a combination therapy.
