Rybelsus 3mg tablet is an oral anti diabetic medicine. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults.
Its active ingredient is semaglutide which belongs to the drug class of GLP-1 receptor agonist. It helps control the control blood sugar by increasing insulin secretion, slowing gastric emptying and glucose decreasing glucose production by the liver.
The medicine's secondary benefit is, it helps to manage body weight in diabetic patients. Dont take more than the recommended dosage.
