• The active ingredient of the Sovihep is Sofosbuvir, which belongs to the drug class of direct-acting antivirals (DAAs).
• Sovihep Tablet works by eliminating the virus completely from the human body. In this way, it prevents the infection from spreading to other parts of the body.
• This tablet blocks the protein required for replication and assembly of new virus particles. Once this protein gets blocked, the virus multiplication process stops automatically. It also prevents new virus particles from forming and reduces the viral load in the body.

• Sovihep 400mg Tablet is a prescription-based hepatitis drug that should be administered orally. It is advised to take this tablet with or without food as per the doctor's advice.
• It should be taken at the same time every day for effective results. The required dosage and duration of the medicine are decided by the doctor as per medical history, age, health condition, and the body's response to the treatment. Taking it in the wrong way or overdosing can cause severe side effects.
