Telma CT 40/12.5mg tablet is a prescription based medication. It is used to help control blood pressure in adults. The medication contains two active ingredient is Telmisartan in (40mg) concentration and Chlorthalidone in (12.5mg) concentration. It belongs to the drug class of antihypertensive, specifically a combination of angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). The medicine is used to belong to the high blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess salt and water from the body. Dosage and duration should be correctly administered by the healthcare professional only.
