Telma CT 80/6.25mg tablet is a prescription based medication. It helps to manage high blood pressure levels in adults.

Lowering blood pressure helps to reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke in the body. It contains two active ingredients Telmisartan (80mg) and Chlorthalidone (6.25mg) that belongs to the group of antihypertensive medication, where Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and Chlorthalidone is a thiazide like diuretic working together effectively to control blood pressure.
