• Tofacitinib 5 mg, the active ingredient of Tofajak tablets, is a reversible Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor that primarily targets JAK1 and JAK3, thereby blocking cytokine-mediated intracellular signaling and reducing inflammation in autoimmune diseases.
  
• By inhibiting JAKs, this compound actively hinders the phosphorylation and activation of STATs.
• The JAK-STAT signaling pathway is involved in the transcription of cells that are involved in hematopoiesis, and immune cell function.
• Tofajak 5mg Tablet works therapeutically by causing inhibition against the JAK-STAT pathway to reduce the inflammatory response in the body.
