Trombopag 50mg can cause multiple side effects, most of which are mild to moderate and often temporary. Patients are advised to inform their healthcare provider immediately if symptoms stays for prolonged period of time.

• The usual dose of Trombopag 50mg is one tablet daily. It should be taken on an empty stomach, at the same time each day for consistent blood levels. Consult your doctor for individual dosage as it may vary person to person based on its stage and overall health.
• Tablet is taken orally with the help of water. Avoid breaking, chewing, biting and crushing of tablet to maintain the medication efficacy.​​
  

• Trombopag 50mg Tablet contains Eltrombopag, Eltrombopag binds to and activates the trans-membrane domain of the TPO receptor (c-Mpl) on megakaryocyte progenitors in the bone marrow, triggering signaling pathways.
• This promotes the proliferation and differentiation of megakaryocytes, leading to increased platelet formation and reduced bleeding risk in conditions like chronic ITP, hepatitis C-related thrombocytopenia, or severe aplastic anemia.​​
