Poliovac 0.5ml Vaccine is a prescription based medicine which is a combination of three vaccines such as inactivated (killed) viruses of all three poliovirus types (I, II & III). It is used to prevent Polio infection.
It works by stimulating the immune system to act against the polio virus to prevent polio infection. This vaccine is given during childhood. It should be administered by a doctor or experienced nurse. Do not self administer the injection.
