Aprecap 125 / 80mg capsules are antiemetic medications that reduce the side effects of getting chemotherapy. The generic name of this medication is Aprepitant and it is a neurokinin1 receptor antagonist. It reduces nausea and vomiting in the patients who undergo cancer treatment. It is a strictly prescription-based medication.

Pharmacodynamics

Aprecap is an antiemetic drug that is it stops the nausea and vomiting caused by anticancer medications.  It is a substance P/ neurokinin 1 receptor antagonist. This medication crosses the blood-brain barrier and binds to the NK1 receptors. As a result, it stops the nausea and vomiting which occur as side effects of the medicine.
