Thalidomide 100mg Capsule is an immunomodulatory agent with a spectrum of activity (not fully characterized). Thalidomide contains both left and right-handed isomers in equal amounts, where one enantiomer is effective against morning sickness, and the other one is teratogenic. These enantiomers are then converted to each other in vivo.
