Evertor (Everolimus) medicine is used for the prevention of organ rejection in transplant patients. It may also be used to treat certain types of cancer (breast, kidney, lung, pancreatic, intestine, brain etc.) . This medication must be taken as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. This medicine is included in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors that treats cancer by stopping cancer cells and cutting off blood supply to the cancer cells.
Evertor inhibits growth factor stimulated proliferation haematopoietic cells and non-haematopoietic cells e.g.- vascular smooth muscles. Evertor concentrations are reached 1-2 hours after administration of an oral dose. Blood concentrations in transplants patients are dose proportional over the dose range of 0.25-15mg.

This medicine is used in the treatment of breast cancer, patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma, progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic origin with unresectable, patients suffering from a renal angiomyolipoma, neuroendocrine tumours of pancreatic, a low-grade brain tumour and tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC).
