Regonix i s a kinase inhibitor that is used to inhibit several kinases that are required by the cancerous cells for moral cellular processes. It as a result inhibits cell division and angiogenesis.

In addition, it stops the formation of several growth factors that are needed by the cancerous cells. Regonix also shows anti-angiogenic properties that is it blocks the formation of blood vessels needed by the tumours. ​
