Resihance 40mg tablet is an anticancer medication that is used in the treatment of colon and rectum cancer. It is also used in the treatment of liver and gastrointestinal cancer. Regorafenib is the generic name of this medication and it is a kinase inhibitor that decreases the progression of cancers. 

Description

​ Resihance Tablet is a kinase inhibitor that is used to inhibit several kinases that are required by the cancerous cells for moral cellular processes. It consequently blocks the cell division and angiogenesis.

Additionally, it stops the formation of several growth factors that are needed by the cancerous cells. Resihance also shows anti-angiogenic properties that is it blocks the formation of blood vessels needed by the tumours. ​
