Ritocom is a co-formulation of two antiretroviral agents (Ritonavir and Lopinavir). Its molecular formula is C37H48N4O5, and its molecular weight is 628.80. Lopinavir is a white to light tan powder. It is freely soluble in methanol and ethanol, practically insoluble in water, and soluble in isopropanol.

Ritocom (Ritonavir/Lopinavir) tablet is prescribed to treat HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infection. This medicine is not a cure for HIV. Also, it is not recommended for use in patients weighing less than 40 kg. It is available in the strength of 50 mg/200 mg in the form of tablets for oral administration. It should be taken with food.
