Tucaxen 150mg tablets are a target therapy medication that is used in the treatment of breast cancer. The generic name of this medication is Tucatinib and it is a kinase inhibitor that stops the growth of the cancerous cells. Pharmacodynamics

Tucaxen treats breast cancer which has mutations in the HER -2 gene. These mutations occur in the tyrosine kinase of the gene and so it causes uncontrollable growth of the cells.
