Faslodex 250mg injection is an anticancer medication. It is used for the treatment of Breast Cancer in post-menopausal women. Fulvestrant is an estrogen receptor antagonist and exhibits zero agonist properties. It blocks the effect of estrogen on cancerous breast cells and as a result, interferes in the growth and spreading of the tumor.
Faslodex 250mg injection is used in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer which is hormone receptor-positive in post-menopausal women. It does not exhibit agonist properties but has anti-estrogen properties. Fulvestrant is an estrogen receptor antagonist and it works by binding to the estrogen receptors of cancerous cells.
