Nivolumab 100mg is a prescription-based medicine used to treat people with certain cancers (lung cancer, liver cancer, skin cancer, head and neck cancer). This medication is also used to treat people with a type of advanced-stage lung cancer that has spread or grown and you have tried chemotherapy but it did not work.

A dose ranges from 0.1mg to 20mg administered as a single dose or multiple doses of Nivolumab as a 60-minute intravenous infusion every 2 to 3 weeks. The predicted exposure of opdivo after a 30-minute infusion is comparable to a 60-minute infusion.
