Overview
Instgra 50mg Tablet is a member of the class of medications known as antiretrovirals. AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is a disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV. Dolutegravir is the active component of Instgra tablets. It is a tiny chemical HIV-1 integrase inhibitor that prevents the viral genome from integrating into the host cell by blocking the strand transfer process. It eliminates your infection and stops viruses from growing in human cells. The Instgra Tablet simply helps to lower the level of HIV in your body; it is not a treatment for HIV or AIDS. This expands your life expectancy and reduces your risk of developing HIV-related illnesses. It is given together with the HIV medications as suggested by your physician.

Instgra 50mg Tablet, comprising Dolutegravir, is an HIV-1 antiviral agent. It works to inhibit HIV integrase and binds to the active site. It blocks the strand transfer step of retroviral DNA integration in the host cell. During the clinical trials, it was indicated that Dolutegravir has a tight binding and longer dissociative half-life. Therefore, it is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of patients with HIV-1 infection, provided their age is 12 or above and their present weight is at least 40 kg.
