Telura 300 / 300 / 600mg Tablet is a combination of three antiretroviral medications. It is used for the treatment of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. Some common side effects are:- fatigue, sore throat, headache, nausea, taste change, stomach ache, diarrhea, fever, chills, blurred vision, weight loss, abnormal dreams, etc.
